SLOW MOTION operates since 2005 as an event organization collective in the field of electronic music, club installation and disco dancing. Originally based in mid-Italy, it is now also one of the freshest and active organization in the Berlin night scene... The parties that we create and promote with SLOW MOTION are EAST COAST DISCO, NUFUNKLAN, TEENAGE FROM MARS, ULTRADISKO and RETRO FUTURO. The heads behind Slow Motion are a crew of friends with the same taste of music and many different ideas, which they bring together to form a unique musical atmosphere. Playing the best underground dance music , the resident DJs FABRIZIO MAMMARELLA,FRANZ UNDERWEAR, COSMO, GUGLIELMO MASCIO, MOTORCYCLE BOY and the live band CLAP RULES are highly delighted to host some of the most interesting international DJs, bands, musicians and live acts . The next exciting step for 2009 is the launch of Slow Motion Recording as a platform to release Italian and international electronic dance music. Fabrizio Mammarella è uno dei nomi piu’ freschi ed interessanti del panorama underground italico.

Inizia a collezionare dischi e ad esporsi ad una moltitudine di generi musicali da giovanissimo e presto si dedica alla produzione musicale. Nel 2004 esce il suo primo singolo “Panorama” per la Bear Entertainment di Stevie Kotey (Chicken Lips), ma è il disco “Tear Up” che fa parlare maggiormente di lui a tal punto che Ivan Smagghe dei Black Strobe lo sceglie per la compilation mixata “Fabric 23″. La sua ricerca sonora viene apprezzata da supercool labels come la londinese Tiny Sticks, per la quale esce anche sotto lo pseudonimo di Telespazio e la abruzzo-berlinese Slow Motion, mentre è di recentissima uscita la sua compilation FUTURE DISCO, manifesto programmatico della Disco renaissance prodotta dalla britannica Azuli.

Unitamente alle produzioni e al cosmico progetto live con la band “Clap Rules”, Fabrizio e’ un vero esteta della consolle e i suoi dj set sono una miscela altamente irresistibile di electro, disco, boogie, house e punk-funk intersellare. Provare per credere.
